Fiore Massage is not a sensual massage or escort service. Our therapists and colleagues  have the highest integrity and professionalism. We may report any illegal activities or conduct to the proper authorities. Please do not embarrass yourself or our therapists  and colleagues by requesting that they perform any service other than that which is described, during any point of the treatment process from enquiries, booking and treatment. We follow the AAMT ethical code of conduct and draping policy. Any sexual remarks or advances will terminate the session. If our therapists and colleagues feel uncomfortable or threatened in any way the session will be terminated.  

YOU WILL be liable for payment of the scheduled session. 


 PRIVACY

Fiore Massage will never pass any of your information onto another party.

All HARD COPY personal information, consent forms and treatment records are kept under lock and key and inactive clients records scanned and hard copy destroyed after 24 months.

We use Cliniko practice software. Please see their website for security details.

ALL SCANNED information is kept in a secure via  remote hard drive.

We now have an amendment to our consent forms for you to indicate your preference for after treatment calls and special offer information ONLY from Fiore Massage.

As we are constantly updating our skill-base there is often a requirement for case study client participation. Once you have given consent to participate you will be given a identification pseudonym attached to your file, i.e. Client A1 , your personal details will not be revealed.

LATENESS & CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST TEN MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IN ORDER TO ENSURE A FULL MASSAGE SESSION.

Be aware that Fiore Massage has a Cancellation Policy in place and would appreciate if you would acknowledge it.

Fiore Massage understands that life happens. It happens to me too, especially as a single mother. We’re pretty flexible if you just give us the heads up!

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

Business meetings, project deadlines, double bookings, family issues, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

CANCELLING/ARRIVING LATE

Please expect a SMS text advising of appointment confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, and please take the time to confirm, with a YES/NO return text. You can cancel and reschedule your appointment form this text.

24 hour advance notice is preferred when cancelling an appointment. 

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment we require at least 4 hours notice. Rescheduling is preferred at the time of cancellation, as we do not require payment-upon-booking and Fiore Massage will endeavour to meet your scheduling requirements.

50% of the cost of the massage schedule WILL be charged for cancellations within 4 hours, to cover lost business costs, and “No Show’s” will result in full charge of the massage fee. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment, and the requirement of pre-paying by credit card/direct deposit may be required for future appointments.

ARRIVING LATE

Please call/text Fiore Massage if you are running late for your appointment. If bookings allow, we may be able to continue with your full allotted appointment time, however, please note this is subject to scheduling, and therefore if you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time you will only recieve the amount scheduled for, and full payment for scheduled appointment time/type is required –  including the time needed to fill out paperwork.

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate otherswhose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

You will be considered a “No-Show” if you are not at your appointment within 15 minutes after the schedule appointment time and if there was no phone call to cancel or reschedule. For example if you were scheduled for 9am and you did not show by 9:15am and did not call you will be considered a No-Show.

 PRICING SCHEDULE

Our pricing schedule is on-par with industry standards for the Gippsland region. Pricing schedules reflect the skills and education of our practitioners, overhead costs such as utilities, laundry, equipment and administrative costs such as professional memberships, insurance and a high standard of education and on-going training that is invested in providing treatments.At Fiore Massage we are dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest research, education and practice in soft tissue therapy, and to we reserve the right to amend our pricing schedule to reflect this.

PAYMENTS & CONCESSIONS.

Concession price reduction will be deducted/redeemed* from the cost of all speciality treatment prices upon presentation of approved government concession identification or full time student card. Failure to do so will void all offers.

Upon your first appointment you will be given a Confidential Consent Contact form to fill out. Please have your concessions available to record them. If you at any stage change any details in regards to your concession status it is up to you to inform Fiore Massage and update your file.

Should you find that you are unable to meet to price structure of your chosen service, please contact Rachael at Fiore Massage by phone/text or by email before your appointment is booked. We can arrange payment plans and an appropriate pricing schedule to meet your needs. 

HEALTH FUND REBATES

Rachael Elswyk / Fiore Massage™  is registered with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT), and covered by AON insurance, and is an ASIC registered business and international trademark with a current ABN. Fiore Massage IS APPROVED to offer rebates with private health insurance companies.

Upon your first appointment you will be given a Confidential Consent Contact form to fill out. Please have your Health Fund benefits available to record them. If you at any stage change any details in regards to your health fund status it is up to you to inform Fiore Massage and update your file.

Fiore Massage does not have  HICAPS or any other POS rebate terminal  at present. You will be required to pay for your appointment at the time via any of our payment methods or pre-pay at our online store. We don not accept “gap-payments”. The majority of Health Funds have an on-line service for you to claim your benefit, and most of clients find that their rebate is instant.

We have previously been approved for Work-Safe Victoria provider status but Fiore Massage no longer provides this service as it is out-side of our practice focus. We apologise for the inconvenience and are happy to refer you to another practitioner.

PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE

Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments available with Fiore Massage & Fiore Mama. Contact us to discuss your options. 

Payment is available in person at our clinic space or via our payment site via PayPal or Credit Card at our online store

 GIFT VOUCHERS

If you have a Massage Gift Certificate/Voucher with Massage please plan ahead in making an appointment. The sooner you call to schedule your appointment the better chance you have of getting the day and time you want. Waiting until the last few days before your expiration date might make it more difficult in getting in before it expires, so please call as soon as receiving Gift Certificate.Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash value on future appointments. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will result in full service charges or void gift certificates.

 GIFT VOUCHERS/MULTI-MASSAGE PASS

▪ Multi-Massage Pass / Gift Vouchers of 1-4 massages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Please see our pricing schedule for multiple massage passes.

▪ NurtureLife Pregnancy Massage & Womb Love Multi-Massage Pass / Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months, and includes post-natal massage.

▪ Gift vouchers(s) will be e-mailed or posted via Australia Post to the purchaser unless other arrangements are made. The best way to make these arrangements is to email the information to fioremassage@gmail.com This is most important if you have multiple recipients, or require the voucher to be mailed direct to the recipient with a brochure, etc. Gift certificates may also be held “will-call” upon request, allowing the purchaser or recipient to pick the voucher up, either from Fiore Massage business office, or our clinic space, 3 Williams Square, Warragul, subject to clinic hours/appointments.

▪ Payment is CASH/EFTPOS/CC, unless other arrangements are made. PAY PAL and Credit Card payments are available through our on-line store.

▪ Multi-Massage Pass / Gift Vouchers are redeemable for use at Fiore Massage and Fiore Maternity Massage & Fiore Mama, 3 Williams Square, Warragul .

▪ Health Fund Rebates for Remedial Massage NOT available for gift vouchers. Multi-Massage Passes assessed on an individual basis.

▪ Not subject to any other discount concession offer or special offer discount, such as referral program, customer loyalty program etc.

▪ The recipient/bearer of the gift voucher is required to make an appointment. The appointment of the massage session must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate. It is recommended that appointments be scheduled well in advance – approximately 1-2 weeks – to ensure availability.

▪ Gift certificates are still subject to any current business policies & cancellation policies. Once the recipient/bearer makes appointment to redeem gift certificate and they do not call, they are a no show, do not cancel and fail to reschedule appointment, the massage gift voucher will not be honoured. Please make arrangements if you are not able to make appointment so you do not lose your redemption.
